This petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions made in Crl.OP.No.17633 of 2025 dated 27.06.2025 in concern with Paragraph Nos.6 and 7 by modifying the order from depositing Rs.1,00,000/- in Cr.No.309 of 2025 before the trial Court.

2. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.309 of 2025 before the trial Court, which the matter relates to the offence of cheating.

3. The petitioner after obtaining anticipatory bail, has not complied the conditions is before this Court, seeking modification.

4. This Court finds no error in the condition which requires modification. Hence, petition for modification stands dismissed. 03.09.2025 Vv 2/4
