ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.08.2022 requesting for promotion as Block Development Officer, has been considered and order dated 28.09.2022 has been passed by the first respondent, by which, the petitioner's representation was rejected. A copy of the order dated 28.09.2022 passed by the first respondent, has also been placed on record before this Court along with the affidavit of action taken report filed by the first respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also been served with a copy of the said affidavit as well as the above referred to rejection order. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 28.09.2022 passed by the first respondent, in the manner known to the petitioner in law.

After recording the rival submissions of both parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 28.09.2022 passed by the first respondent in the manner known to the petitioner in law. There shall be no order as to costs.
