ORDER

This Review Application has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 15.02.2023 passed by this Court in S.A.No.180 of 2021.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that as against the order dated 15.02.2023 passed by this Court in S.A.No.180 of 2021, the applicant has already filed a petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No.9414 of 2023 and same was also dismissed. The learned Senior Counsel has now raised the very same grounds, which were raised in the Special Leave Petition, seeking review of the order passed by this Court. However, these are all grounds available only for filing an appeal, and not for maintaining a review application.

3. Though the learned counsel appearing for the applicant raised several grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the applicant are essentially an attempt to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records, and as such, the applicant has failed to present valid grounds for reviewing the order passed by this Court.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merit in this Review Application to review the order dated 15.02.2023 passed by this Court in S.A.No.180 of 2021.

5. Accordingly, This Review Application stands dismissed. 18.06.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order Lpp 1.The Joint Registrar, O/o.The District Registrar, Cuddalore-1.
