This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 268 days in representing the criminal revision as against Judgment dated 30.01.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge of Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, Nilgiris confirming the said judgment in Crl.A.No.20 of 2021 dated 23.03.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam in STC No.491 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 268 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
