ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the first respondent vide its order dated 22.11.2021 in F.No. 10 - 3 / 2021 - U.3 (A) and consequentially direct the respondents to permit the Petitioner University to grant degrees with respect to Medical and para- medical courses established by the Petitioner University as its department which is duly approved and recognized by all the required and competent authorities.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the earlier order passed by this Court, the Standing Committee and Exper Committee of the second respondent 2/4

have conducted inspections for the purpose of recognition of the off campus center of the petitioner. In such circumstances, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the petitioner, this writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 08.08.2024 rli To
