The petitioner, who is the sole accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.02.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 370[A][1] and 370[5] of IPC r/w Section 23 of Juvenile Justice [Care and Protection of the Children] Act, 2000 in Crime No.80 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has engaged two minor children, aged about 10 and 12 years for agricultural work. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated as accused in the present case.

4.Per contra, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner contending that the victim girls are aged about 10 and 12 years and the petitioner after paying Rs.10,000/- from their parents has engaged the minor children for agricultural work.

sri 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvannamalai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m. until further orders. 26.02.2016 sri Crl.O.P.No.4142 of 2016
