The present revision has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.613 of 2020 in S.C.No.163 of 2017 dated 04.02.2021 on the file of the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and to permit the petitioner to go for abroad.
2. The petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.613 of 2020 in S.C.No.163 of 2017 seeking to permit him to go for abroad through the petitioner's passport No.T3555602 which expires on 01.04.2029 and the same was dismissed by the trial court vide order dated 04.02.2021. Challenging the same, the present revision has been filed.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, he tried to contact the petitioner, however, the petitioner has not responded to him, thereby the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported 'no instructions'.
4. In view of the above submissions, it is seen that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case any further. Hence, this Criminal Page No.2 of 4
