Ms.S.Pavithra, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider representation dated 28.04.2025 of the petitioner to transfer him back to Villupuram Depot by taking note of his family circumstances. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as Assistant Tradesman in Villupuram Depot. On 16.04.2025, he was transferred to Pondicherry. It is the submission of the petitioner that his wife is totally blind. Unless, he stay along with his wife it is too difficult for him to maintain the two children and to take care of their education. It is the further submission of the petitioner that his wife could not take care of his aged parents. Hence, he has sent representation to the respondents to re-transfer him to Villupuram vide representation dated 28.04.2025 and such representation is pending with the respondents. 2/4

4.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation according to its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner sympathetically and pass orders, upon its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
