C.M.P.No.16791 of 2022 in AS SR.No.56288 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 07.02.2020 passed in O.S.No.39 of 2015 on the file of II Addl. District Court, Vellore at Ranipet.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, they were not unable to get copy application in time.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent have no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Petition is ordered and delay of 43 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the said appeal and post the matter on 28.04.2023.
