This Court, in Crl.O.P. No.14607 of 2025, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 23.06.2025.

2. The petitioner herein is the third petitioner in that petition, and his parents are the first and second petitioners. Considering the age of his parents, no conditions were imposed on them. However, a condition was imposed on the petitioner, directing him to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks. This order was passed on 23.06.2025.

3. Though the petitioner has executed sureties, he is unable to comply with the condition to appear before the respondent police at Pollachi, as he is employed at Sholinganallur, Chennai. Hence, the condition requiring personal appearance may be modified.

4. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m. for a period of four weeks.
