[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Sakthisalini, aged about 20 years, went missing from 07.11.2021 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure her.

2. Mr. K. Ashok Kumar, Head Constable 1126, Arani Taluk Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District, is present before this Court today.

3. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on 09.11.2021, the detenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sakthisalini went to All Women Police Station, Thiruvannamalai, and gave a statement that she has got married to one Sathish on 09.11.2021 and she has sought protection since their marriage is an intercaste marriage.

In such view of the matter, it cannot be stated that the detenue Sakthisalini is in the illegal detention of the 3rd respondent for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
