Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take proper legal action on unauthorised construction built by the fifth respondent situated at No.39, Paddy Field Road, Perambur, Chennai-600 011, which is total extent of 4300 square feet and consequently direct the third and fourth respondents to seal and remove the unauthorised construction at No.39, Paddy Field Road, Perambur, Chennai-600 011, which is total extent of 4300 Square feet built by the fifth respondent.

ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take legal action on the unauthorised construction raised by the fifth respondent. The counter affidavit filed by the third and fourth respondents shows that the action in the matter has been taken and accordingly, the unauthorised construction has been locked and sealed, to which satisfaction has been shown by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition and the same is rendered infructuous and dismissed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
