ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the Appeal dated 23.10.2020 submitted under Patta Passbook Act submitted to remove the false entries in Patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.41 issued in the name of Respondents 3 & 4 and issue patta exclusively in the name of the petitioner for the lands admeasuring an extent of 50 cents comprised in Survey Nos.47/2B, 47/5A, 47/6, 47/7B, 47/12B, 47/21b, 47/9B and 47/2 situated at Ariyampoondi Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. The petitioner filed an appeal as against the issuance of patta in favour of the third and fourth respondents before the first respondent on 23.10.2020 under the Patta Passbook Act. However, it is pending for consideration and no order has been passed till today.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's appeal dated 23.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
