This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14872 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Principal at Kendra Vidyalaya, Perambalur and during weekends, he has been appearing before the respondent by travelling from Perambalur and is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner/A3 has been regularly complying with the condition. However, the co-accused are yet to be secured and due to their absconding, the investigation has not progressed. Therefore, he opposed the relaxation of the condition.

4. Considering the above submissions and the nature of offence, the condition 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14872 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
