ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation, dated 28.07.2023 and also direct the respondent to provide service benefits and monthly pension along with arrears amount without any delay.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that though he was retired Page No.1 of 4

from service on 30.06.2019 on attaining the age of superannuation, his retirement benefits have not been settled so far. In this regard, a representation has been given by the petitioner on 28.07.2023, however, the same has not been considered.

3.Mr.V.Rajinikanth, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation of the petitioner.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
