This petition has been filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.1510 of 2023 in W.P.No.21522 of 2022 dated 14.07.2023 of this Court.

2.This Court vide order dated 22.08.2022 made in W.P.No.21522 of 2022 issued direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2022, pursuant to which, the order was passed on 12.07.2023 and recording the same, the contempt was closed on 14.07.2023, however, being aggrieved, the petitioner has filed this sub application. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now submits that this Court may close this sub application with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
