Respondents Prayer in all the W.Ps:- Writ petitions filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to open the lock and to raise the seal and handover the possession of the premises of garage Nos.35 & 33 Lloyds Colony, Chennai respectively to the petitioners.

Standing Counsel - - - - - C O M M O N O R D E R The writ petitions have been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to open the lock and to raise the seal and handover the possession of the premises of garage Nos.35 & 33 Lloyds Colony, Chennai respectively to the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the representation of the petitioners dated 23.09.2016, to open the lock, raise the seal and handover the possession of the premises of garage have not been considered, in spite of producing all the necessary documents to the respondents.

3. Today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioners dated 23.09.2016, will be considered if all the necessary documents are produced.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ready to appear before the second respondent and produce all the necessary documents. The learned counsel also seeks a direction to the second respondent to pass orders within a time frame.

5. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioners dated 23.09.2016 respectively, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
