2. The learned counsel for the respondents at the time of hearing, submitted that the petitioner closed the bank account with Indian Bank, against which account the attachment order was passed and therefore the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel further submitted that eventhough the Section 45-A order was passed on 07.02.2025, the petitioner had not chosen to file any appeal till date.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand submitted that the 45-A order dated 07.02.2025, was received by the petitioner only on 23.08.2025 and even before the appeal could be filed, the impugned attachment order was passed.

Further, as the 45-A order was received by the petitioner only on 23.08.2025, the petitioner is granted liberty to file the appeal against the 45-A order dated 07.02.2025, in a manner known to law.
