Alleging that the petitioner's wife is refusing custody of his minor children, the above Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. Pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, both the petitioner as well his wife have amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute among themselves, and have agreed to reconcile and live together.
2.In the light of the above developments, the prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition does not require consideration and the same stands closed accordingly. No costs.
