This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.08.2019 and to investigate the same.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions has submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 24.08.2019 has been closed on 06.09.2019 by the respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's statement that he intends to give a complaint before the jurisdictional Police Station.

4.In view of the above, no effective orders can be passed in the present Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
