Since the matter has been disposed at the admission stage itself, based on the aforesaid representations made on behalf of the Third Respondent, it is made clear that this shall not be construed as expression of any opinion by this Court as to entitlement of the Petitioner to invoke jurisdiction of this Court in respect of First and Second Respondents whose seat of office is not located within its territorial limits.
