Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry as against respondents 5 to 8 and consequently permit the petitioner to continue the existing collection of fee for lease of V.Ramalingam Daily Market (Pal Market), Shevapet, Salem District in view of the petitioner representations dated 29.10.2024 and 27.11.2021 and pass such further orders.
