The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to transfer the patta in his name in respect of the lands in Survey No.122/1 to the extent of 13.10 acres situated at Amanankuppam Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District, by considering his representation dated 20.06.2024.
2. According to the petitioner, the subject property has been in possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. The petitioner's property is wrongly classified as if it was a river poromboke. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 20.06.2024, seeking a reclassification of the land and issue of patta in his name. The 3rd respondent filed a report with necessary document in his proceedings in x/K (m3)/118/2023 ehs; 2/5
10/03/2023/ Thereafter, there is not much progress. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2024 would be considered within the time fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks.
