JUDGMENT

Report has been received from the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore dated 10.03.2022, pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 22.02.2022.

2.In the report, it had been stated that O.S.No.842 of 2008 had already been disposed of on 10.02.2015. Further, A.S.No.319 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 30.11.2017. The Review Application in Rev.Appln.No.170 of 2018 was also dismissed by this Court on 24.01.2020. The Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.19198 of 2020 had also dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 24.01.2020.

3.Therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
