Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pay the enhancement compensation along with occured interest as per the proceedings of the first respondent/District Collector, Krishnagiri District dated 09.03.2016 in Na.Ka.62/2007/E-Thi for the petitioners' land in S.No.119/2, to an extent of 11.2 cents, situated at Boganapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to pay the enhanced compensation along with accured interest as per the proceedings of the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent/District Collector, Krishnagiri District, dated 09.03.2016 in Na.Ka.62/2007/E-Thi for the petitioners' land comprised in S.No.119/2, to an extent of 11.2 cents, situated at Boganapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders to disburse the enhanced compensation along with accrued interest, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
