ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 30.04.2024 of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has made a representation dated 30.04.2024 to the respondents and the same is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer as sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to the direct the third respondent/Tahsildar to consider the representation dated 30.04.2024 of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law 2/4

and pass orders, as early as possible, within period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
