The petitioners made an application on 14.09.2015, seeking to carry forward changes in the Ration Card No. 02/G/0626597. As the said application is pending consideration by the respondent, though a period of four months have elapsed, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the pending application of the petitioners dated 14.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
