O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to form a special team based on the representation dated 01.10.2021 to investigate into the petitioner's complaints dated 30.09.2019, 26.10.2019, 17.12.2019 and 21.05.2021 after registering the First Information Report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's complaints dated 30.09.2019, 26.10.2019, 17.12.2019 and 24.05.2021, a case in Crime No.50 of 2022 has been registered by the 5th respondent for the offence under Section 381 IPC.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has approached this Court to redress his grievance and further submitted that a direction may be issued to the superior officer to form a special team to investigate the case.

4.Taking into consideration of the facts and submissions made by the counsels, this Court is of the opinion that it would be suffice to direct the 4th respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the 5th respondent.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
