This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.12608 of 2022 on 26.05.2022 to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
