..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the order in Na.Ka. 1321/ 2024/ A1 dated 15.07.2024 on the file of 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and irregular and further direct the respondents to allot the land situated at S.No.40/3 to an extent of 0.19 cents as alternative land for prior acquisition of the land situated at S.No.40/3 in Shoolagiri, Krishnagiri District admeasuring 0.19 cents.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Writ Petition has been instituted challenging the final notice issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader based on written instructions would submit that the encroachment has already been removed voluntarily by the petitioner himself and the property has already been allotted for construction of Court complex at Shoolagiri.
3. In view of the fact that the encroachments are already been removed voluntarily by the petitioner, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
