One of the legal representatives of the deceased original plaintiff is the applicant. The application is to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the application to restore the suit.

2. In the affidavit in support, it is stated that there were multiple changes of counsel in the suit and that the same resulted in delay. This application is not strongly opposed by the defendants.
