The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the third respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2016.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 05.01.2016. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.12 of 2016 has been conducted and the same has been closed.
