ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.08.2021 and file FIR in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint of the petitioner received by the 1st respondent on 23.08.2021, no action was taken by him sofar. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that it is the 3rd respondent, who is the concerned officer to register FIR and conduct investigation in the event of cognizable offence is made out. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent Police and lodge a complaint along with supporting documents. On receipt of the complaint, the 3rd respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and register FIR if cognizable offence is made out.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
