Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 6 to ensure that all the people of Sammanthikuppam village continue to utilize the common burial ground in Sambandhikuppam village, Vadachery Post, Vaniyambadi, Thiruppathur District pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 04.1.2021.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
2. The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 6 to ensure that all the people of Sammanthikuppam Village continue to utilize the common burial ground in Sambandhikuppam Village, Vadachery Post, Vaniyambadi, Thiruppathur District pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 04.1.2021.
3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the second respondent wherein it has been stated that by the proceedings of the third respondent dated 31.12.2021, the existing burial ground has been sub-divided into two, for the use of both adi dravidar Christians and adi dravidar Hindus, the details of which are given in paragraph 9 of the counter.
4. In view of the stand taken by the second respondent, nothing remains for consideration in this writ petition as otherwise a satisfaction on it has been shown by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to carry out the decision taken in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
