This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 08.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15301 of 2020 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied and in order to substantiate the said submission, the learned Government Advocate also produced the relevant proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Udayarpalayam dated 20.12.2021.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Udayarpalayam, it is left open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
