Crl.M.P.Nos.15302 & 15303 of 2022 Crl.M.P.Nos.15302 & 15303 of 2022 in Crl.OP.Nos.17851 & 17778 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Ariyalur and report before the Inspector of Police, Ariyalur Town Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.17851 & 17778 of 2022 by order dated 01.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.
4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.17851 & 17778 of 2022 by the order dated 01.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
