O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) This public interest litigation has been filed by the petitioner seeking writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents in dumping the wastage on the water bodies.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that despite the representation given on 30.12.2015, there is continuous dumping of wastage on the water bodies and no action is forthcoming at the hands of the respondents.

3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2015 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

4. Though the representation of the petitioner is bereft of material particulars, considering the fact that it is pending since from 30.12.2015, the first respondent is directed to pass necessary orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2015 within a maximum period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

5. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
