ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai to dispose C.C.No.17 of 2018 pending on the said Court as expeditiously as possible within period of stipulated time by appreciating the above said facts and circumstances. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.17 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
