ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint was filed on 30.10.2021, no enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent Police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent, which was forwarded to the 2nd respondent in C.No.2067 of 2021. On receipt of the same, an enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent and closed on 16.11.2021. He further submitted that an FIR in Crime No.1078 of 2021, for offence, under Sections 394(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC has been registered against the petitioner. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no closure report, dated 16.11.2021 has been served to the petitioner.

5.Since on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 30.10.2021, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, the prayer sought for by the petitioner becomes infructuous and nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.

6.The 2nd respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report, dated 16.11.2021 to the petitioner without fail. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-IX) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar vv2 To
