This petition is filed to condone the delay of 658 days in representing the appeal, which was returned by the Registry for compliance.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

We are convinced with the reasons given by the petitioner for filing the appeal.

3. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay is condoned. The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
