ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu. Alleging that the detenu is missing, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.From the status report filed, it appears that there is matrimonial discord between the petitioner and the detenu. Apart from the same, the detenu has also borrowed heavily from the third parties. Thus, it appears that he has left the home expecting trouble. The petitioner has also filed two cases in DVC No.11 of 2017 and M.C.No.28 of 2017 against the detenu. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas corpus petition stands closed. As and when the detenu is secured, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
