Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to appoint Special officer for The Dr.Zakir Hussain College Society at Ilayangudi, Sivagangai District by invoking Section 34A(1) of the Societies Registration Act, 1975 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2023 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court. 1/4

ORDER

The petitioner has approached the first respondent with a representation dated 01.06.2023 seeking his intervention to appoint a Special Officer under section 34(A)1 of the Societies Registration Act. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Registrar has already forwarded his enquiry report to the 1st respondent. 3.Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

4.The first respondent is now required to dispose of the petitioner's representation and in the process is required to give an opportunity of being heard to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
