O R D E R
This Contempt Petition was filed before this Court on 6th January 2017 and from time to time, various orders were passed. The learned counsels for the parties as well as the officials of the Co-operative Societies Department of Salem Region as well as the Registration Department have extended their fullest cooperation and ultimately, the Sale Deeds have been executed in favour of the beneficiaries, who are all senior citizens.
2.Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader submits that Sale Deeds have not been executed for five of the beneficiaries. Since two of them are living abroad, the Sale Deeds will be executed in their favour as and when they return. In respect of remaining three, the beneficiaries are no more. 3.Therefore, this Court directs that as an when the legal heirs approach the respondents with adequate documents, upon due verification, Sale Deed shall be executed in the joint names of the legal heirs.
4.Placing on record the appreciation to the learned counsels as well as the officials, who are involved in the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
