Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to review the suspension order dated 24.11.2021 passed by the second respondent in R.O.445/2021/C.No.10551/D1/2021 and consider him for reinstatement in service as a Police Constable Grade II as per G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 Para 11 SubClause (vi) and (x) by consider the representation dated 02.08.2022 same was acknowledged by the respondent on 04.08.2022 and 17.08.2022 within a time to be stipulated by this court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to review the suspension order dated 24.11.2021 passed by the second respondent against the petitioner and reinstate him in service as Police Constable, Grade II.
2. Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.
3. G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 prescribes guidelines for revocation of suspension orders.
4. The petitioner has given a representation on 02.08.2022 seeking for review of the suspension order dated 24.11.2021, in the light of the aforementioned G.O.
5. Heard Mr.S.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
6. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's 2/5
representation dated 02.08.2022 is considered on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the aforementioned G.O. within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2022 seeking for review of the suspension order dated 24.11.2021 passed against him in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
