This petition has been filed to relax th condition imposed on the petitioner for reporting before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 5.30pm for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17456 of 2024 dated 22.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by th learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and th learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact tha investigation is pending and that the petitioner i complying with the conditions without fail, thi Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed a against the petitioner to the effect that the petitione shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of six months.
