ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 2nd respondent to issue/deliver the copies of all relevant documents, particulars to the petitioner in relating the accident of Vehicle TATA Indica car bearing registered number TN-09-BF-3778 in connection with the case in Crime No.2240 of 2020, dated 19.10.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate departmental action against the 2nd respondent for noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 09.04.2021 in Crl.OP.No.6916 of 2021 and award cost.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already been complied with by the respondents.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
