ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.06.2025, for the offences punishable under Section 81 of the Juvenile 1/4

Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in connection with Crime No.287 of 2025, on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant's wife is working as Nurse in Government Hospital, Salem. On the date of occurrence, the de-facto complainant dropped his wife in front of the Super Speciality Hospital gate in his two-wheeler, at that time, A1/Mohanraj approached the de-facto complainant and his wife and informed them that he will provide an infant at a low price. Hence the de-facto complainant lodged a complaint. 3.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is not a named accused in the F.I.R. and there is no overt act attributed against the petitioner. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposed the petitioner's contention submitting that the petitioner has got two previous cases of similar nature. He further submitted that the bail petition filed by the co-accused was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19822 of 2025 on 14.07.2025.

5.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that petitioner has got two previous cases of similar offence and the bail application filed by the coaccused was already dismissed by this Court on 14.07.2025, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is dismissed. 21.07.2025 rsi 3/4
