This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw or recall the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner by the considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2023.

2. Heard Mr.G.Mohana Krishnan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16647 of 2023, dated 26.07.2023, a communication has already been made to the concerned authority to withdraw the Lookout Circular that was issued. The relevant document was also placed before this Court.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent shall follow up with 2/4

the concerned authority and shall ensure that the Lookout Circular is withdrawn.
