Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2021 and dispose of the same on merits which has been given to patta name transfer for Survey No.175/3 and 175/5 of Konasamutiram Village and Post, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District within the time frame.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2021 and dispose of the same on merits which has been given to patta name transfer for Survey No.175/3 and 175/5 of Konasamutiram Village and Post, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District within the time frame.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2021 and, after issuing notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
