Though this Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 14.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1321 of 2023, however, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.1321 and 1327 of 2023 on 29.08.2023 (today), directing the respondents 1 and 2 therein to publish the results of the 3rd supplementary examination, on or before 01.09.2023, with regard to permitting the petitioners to attend their second year classes, this Court chooses to close this Contempt Petition.
